I work across bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, and AI/ML, focusing on building practical solutions to complex problems. I enjoy simplifying technical concepts and teaching them through real-world applications. Previously, I worked as a Data Scientist at Papersdrop, where I built deep-learning systems including a Pegasus-based paraphraser, a 92%-accuracy audio-to-text transcriber, and a tweet generator. I develop and evaluate models using TensorFlow and PyTorch, with experience across MLOps practices, data analysis, and visualization. I hold a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology (GPA 8.59). My technical toolkit includes Python, Linux, JavaScript, Azure AI, Agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph), Model Context Protocol (MCP), SAP BTP, and hands-on handling of High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
