Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which NF Innovations ("NF Innovations") handles refund requests for the purchase of service.

General policy

How to request a refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us at info@nfinnovations.com with the following information:

  • Full name used at purchase.
  • Account email address.
  • Order number or reference.
  • Reason for the request.

Response time

We will respond to your request within 5 business days of receipt. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Payments processed by Stripe

Applicable refunds are processed directly through Stripe. NF Innovations does not charge additional fees for approved refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has already been fully delivered or initiated.
  • The request is made outside the applicable period stated in the general policy.
  • The reason for the request is not attributable to a defect on the part of NF Innovations.

Payment disputes
